Did mine first try with an on the dot score for the medium passible score. All I can say is this. I did terrible on all maneuvers. But I actively was trying to be as safe as possible by driving law. Point I’m trying to make? It’s good to have those skills but they are primarily testing you on if your safe to be on the road. the skills you can learn over time, but if you cannot safely execute most if not all the driving tasks NOT skills but behavior you will not pass.

The Real ID act was enacted in 2005.... 20 years ago.... the fact that some states have gummed this up for 20 years shows how inefficient government is even at the things they are supposed to control.

No for real the WORST system apparently I don’t have a license and you guys can’t find my name or ID number and I’m trying to renew my license that hasn’t expired yet like come on make this shit easier it pisses me off more than anything

Used Google Chrome, turned off pop-up blocker and still nothing happens after I click "link license". I've used Explorer, Safari(after Chrome didn't work) and of course Chrome as it suggests first. Nope. Worst website and process I've ever tried to navigate. If you have to have a you tube video plus a word document with instructions to tell people how to do this, then there is something wrong....

I'm in WA. I sold a vehicle April 2023. I removed my plates and filed a report of sale with my buyers name and address. October 2024 it got impounded and towed and I got letters from the tow company. I verified twice with my local vehicle licensing office that the report of sale was filed correctly (I filed a report of sale the day I sold it) The tow company keeps playing games wanting me to pay

The reason they are doing this is cause they realized that in court, you have the opportunity to tell the Judge, when they ask you who you are, that it is burden of the court, as the state has never issued a Real Identification for identification purposes. A REAL ID strips of your ability to use COMMON LAW in the court room.

This video isn't helpful at all. Nothing about the DOL seems to be run intelligently. The website UI is terrible. The directions provided are terrible. I'm baffled that anyone has been able to navigate it and actually get their license.

Hey FYI, if a user clicks "cancel" when entering that info, the user is shown a page that just says "License eXpress for Individuals" and the entire website is completely unusable. You don't even give the user the option to logout and start over. I had to manually delete my cookies to try again.
